The Random Selection Draw sales period of sales phase (2) is now closed and therefore ticket applications can no longer be submitted, changed, or withdrawn

Ticket applicants will be notified of the outcome of their ticket applications via email no earlier than the 31 May 2022.

Please note that the completion and submission of a ticket application does NOT guarantee that any of the tickets requested will be allocated to the ticket applicant. Currently, all ticket applications are on a pending status.

If demand for a given ticket product and/or ticket category exceeds the available ticket inventory for the domestic or international market, random selection draw(s) will take place to determine which applicants are allocated tickets. If such tickets are not over-subscribed, the relevant tickets will be allocated to the respective applicants, subject to full payment. The FIFA Ticketing Centre will notify ticket applicants via email of the outcome of their ticket applications no earlier than the 31 May 2022.

Each ticket application can either be completely successful (with all tickets requested being allocated), partially successful (with only part of the tickets requested being allocated), or unsuccessful (with no tickets requested being allocated). All successful, partially and unsuccessful ticket applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications via email, no earlier than 31 May 2022.

If your ticket application is successful or partially successful, this email communication will also contain further information about payment, including the steps to follow and the deadline to pay for your tickets.

Visa payment cards are the exclusive payment method accepted for residents of Qatar.

From 31 May 2022, the FIFA Ticketing Centre will send an email communication for all ticket applicants. Please ensure that you check your mailbox.

If you do not receive a notification from FIFA from 31 May 2022, please check your spam or bulk email folder. If you still cannot find a notification, it is possible that you entered another email address in your ticket application.

Ticket applicants are also invited to check the details and status of their ticket applications by accessing their FIFA ticketing account.

Please take into consideration that ticket applications will remain in a pending status until 31 May 2022. The outcome of the random selection draw(s) will NOT be communicated before 31 May 2022, and therefore all ticket applications will remain in a pending status until this date.

If you applied for tickets during the Random Selection Draw sales period, please confirm the email address you used in your FIFA Ticketing Account and check your mailbox from 31 May 2022. The FIFA Ticketing Centre will send you an email notification with the outcome of the random selection draw(s) from this date, including the instructions to pay for your tickets in case your ticket application is successful or partially successful. Until 31 May 2022 no further action is required and your ticket application will remain in a pending status.
